You agree that your ip address used during the upload will be saved as long as your uploaded image is hosted at FooPics.com . In case of any legal measures cause of your uploaded images this ip address will be forwarded to the investigating authorities.

Your uploaded image will be automatically deleted if there has been no request to view it for more than 100 days.
